Battle Kid 2 has received a new playable demo ROM that better reflects the final product scheduled to release within the next month. The demo allows you to play through the intro stage and the early parts of the main game wrapping up at the end of the first sector of the the sewer area. The sewer area also allows you to preview the new wall grip item which is reminiscent of Mega Man X. Passwords and the map are obviously disabled to prevent spoilers. Oddly, I find it ironic that I am more excited for this game than a lot of the "major releases" coming out this year.
