SEGA Planning 7 Games For Wii U And 6 For 3DS

With EA bailing on Nintendo, it seems that other major developer/publishers are stepping in to take advantage of the situation. SEGA has revealed their latest financial results and despite some companies badmouthing the Wii U, Sega sold over 300,000 copies of Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed for the system which is almost as much as the PS3 and 360 versions of the game (The 3DS version also sold quite well moving over 150,000 copies).

This success has prompted Sega to announced their plan to bring 7 SKUs to Wii U and 6 to the 3DS. While the exact titles haven't been announced, it is known that at least one is a new Sonic title. It's nice to see Sega continue their strong relationship with Nintendo and even better to see them rewarded with great sales numbers for their efforts.
