The games Director, Hideki Kamiya, hosted the entire presentation which gave greater insight into the games mechanics and controls. The presentation also (and humorously) repeated the games release date which is September 15th in North America. It's no secret that Hideki Kamiya wants this game to succeed and his passion came through loud and clear. This was especially evident in his latest trailer for the game which he put together for the Nintendo Direct. The trailer is truly epic clocking in at an amazing 7 minutes and while many fans worried about spoilers, Platinum Games took to Twitter to assure fans that this was not the case. Rounding out the presentation was the revelation that a game demo was coming to the Wii U eShop (this is noteworthy since it is the first Nintendo published game to receive a playable Wii U demo). The demo is already live in Europe and Japan with a North American version coming shortly. I urge everyone to give this a try and pick up the game if you like it seeing as the industry needs more original games like this. Enjoy!

Nintendo Heavily Promotes The Wonderful 101 In Latest Nintendo Direct!
The Wonderful 101 is shaping up to be one of the most original and truly new games to come out of the mainstream video game industry in years. Hell, the game feels like a big budget indie title driven by a great comic book approach to story telling. To celebrate its upcoming release, Nintendo broadcast an entire worldwide Nintendo Direct dedicated to this one game.
